The Foundation module is the entry level qualification, and is for professionals just starting out on their ITIL 4 journey. However, as ITIL 4 marks a step change in the framework, it's also for existing IT service management workers who are looking to update their existing ITIL knowledge.
If you work within your company's IT function and need to understand the key concepts of IT and digital service delivery, then this is where you want to start. The ITIL 4 Foundation module has been designed to introduce you to IT service management via an end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery and continual improvement of digital products and services.
This module needs to be completed before you can go on to take any of the Specialist, Strategist or Leader higher level modules.

I was scoring in 90's for each randomly generated test and I scored 90% on the certificate exam. There is no interaction with the mobile app, but was a good supplement to listen to while walking/driving to reiterate the lesson.
