E-learning licences are valid for 12 months, this includes licences purchased as part of a Plus Pack. If you do not complete your accreditation in this period, any extension to your licence period will be payable at the RRP.

E-learning prices only include exams and manuals (VAT not included) where explicitly stated.

Classroom and virtual classroom course prices include all relevant exams.

Manuals are included in the price of plus packs, Foundation classroom/virtual courses, and Foundation & Practitioner classroom/virtual courses, they are optional extras for Practitioner-only classroom/virtual courses and e-learning products.

Plus pack prices include all relevant e-learning licences, manuals and exams.

E-learning licences are non-transferable.
