Helped Pass ITIL4 Foundation Certification in first attempt with 95% score.

ITIL4 Foundation online course was very useful to help me pass the ITIL4 Foundation exam in first attempt. Pass Pledge feature is very good as it allows free second attempt and serves as a comfort factor. I didn't have to use Pass Pledge though as I passed the exam in first attempt with score of 95%.

New e-learning launch: ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition

We are excited to announce the launch of our ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition course. This brand new e-learning certification is the perfect way to keep your qualifications up to date. Whilst many of us are working from home (particularly at time of publishing), the e-learning format of this course is ideal.

What is ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition?

The ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition course offers a straightforward transition to ITIL 4. It’s designed for experienced ITIL professionals with practical experience working in IT service delivery roles who have only studied earlier versions of ITIL.

It consists of four ITIL Managing Professional Transition elements and an examination which can all be completed online. The course is designed to help experienced ITIL professionals compete in the modern digital landscape, and be ready for the future of IT.

Who is the Managing Professional Transition course for?

In terms of prerequisites, this qualification is for existing ITIL qualification holders, those who have a minimum of 17 credits from the ITIL v3 Foundation and Intermediate/Practitioner modules or ITIL Expert certificate. ITIL 4 Foundation can be accepted to replace ITIL v3 Foundation, but candidates would still need to achieve 15 credits from v3 PRC/INT.

What does the ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition course cover?

The Managing Professional Transition course consists of four ITIL Managing Professional (MP) elements as well as an overview of the new ITIL 4 Foundation:

  • Create, Deliver and Support
  • Drive Stakeholder Value
  • High Velocity IT
  • Direct, Plan and Improve

The course is cleverly designed to provide candidates with an understanding of the new ITIL 4 concepts and the key differences from the previous iteration of ITIL. It then builds upon the candidate’s understanding with the four modules, providing knowledge and practical application in each key area.

Topics covered include: integrating different value streams, creating, delivering and supporting IT-enabled products and services, the value of journey mapping concepts, navigating high velocity environments, how to plan and improve IT organisation; and much more.

What can I gain from completing ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition?

This new addition to our e-learning portfolio brings IT professionals the knowledge and practical understanding needed to navigate the complex landscape of digital service delivery.

By establishing a new way of working, which converges business and IT, professionals will be best prepared for the future, managing transition and utilising new technologies. This latest evolution of ITIL ensures professionals meet increasing customer demands and take strong and effective strategic direction. Qualified professionals will influence culture, and increase agility and efficiencies within their organisation, making them a valuable resource.
