Aimed at IT professionals working within digital teams, this designation teaches the practical and technical knowledge needed to run IT-enabled services, teams, and workflows successfully.
This qualification could open up job opportunities for positions such as: IT Service Manager (average salary - £42,500), Service Delivery Manager (average salary - £47,500) or IT Operations Manager (average salary - £52,500).
ITIL 4 Strategic Leader
Designed for senior IT professionals, this designation teaches how IT influences and directs business strategy. Individuals will develop the ability to build and implement an effective IT and digital strategy that can tackle digital disruption and drive success.
