Once certified, this qualification could lead to a career as an IT Support Specialist, which has an average salary of £37,500, or an IT Project Coordinator, with an average salary of £40,000. As well as many other IT positions.

ITIL 4 Managing Professional

Aimed at IT professionals working within digital teams, this designation teaches the practical and technical knowledge needed to run IT-enabled services, teams, and workflows successfully.

This qualification could open up job opportunities for positions such as: IT Service Manager (average salary - £42,500), Service Delivery Manager (average salary - £47,500) or IT Operations Manager (average salary - £52,500).

ITIL 4 Strategic Leader

Designed for senior IT professionals, this designation teaches how IT influences and directs business strategy. Individuals will develop the ability to build and implement an effective IT and digital strategy that can tackle digital disruption and drive success.

Once qualified, learners will be a good position to secure top leadership positions such as IT Director, with an average salary of £52,500 or Chief Technology Officer, with an average salary of £79,000.
