ITIL V3 Managing Through the Lifecycle Course
Once you have gained at least 17 credits with the ITIL Foundation qualification and Intermediate qualification this course will be your final step towards the ITIL Diploma.
The managing through the lifecycle course is compulsory for those wishing to gain the ITIL Diploma and is worth 5 credits towards the Diploma qualification.
This course will bring together the full essence of a Lifecycle approach to service management, and will consolidate the knowledge gained across the qualification scheme
The syllabus for the course is still under development but it is expected that the examination will be an essay style paper. The exact duration of the course as yet is unknown.
