ITIL V3 Intermediate Service Lifecycle Stream

The syllabus for the service lifecycle modules is under development, but we expect the courses to each be 2.5 days long with a multiple choice examination at the end.

What is covered in each of the service lifecycle modules is yet to be finalised, but broadly speaking, the courses will be based on the following:
