ITIL V3 Diploma Requirements

An ITIL V3 Diploma will be granted to those who possess the following in order to gain the 22 credits required to qualify:

An ITIL foundation certificate (2 credits)
At least 15 credits from any combination of Capability modules (each worth 4 credits each) or Lifecycle modules (each worth 3 credits each)
Completion of the Managing through the Lifecycle course (5 credits)

If you have an ITIL V2 Manager's certificate already you need to complete the ITIL Manager's V2-3 Bridging course (not yet available)
