ITIL Practitioner is for those that hold their ITIL Foundation certificate and who operate in specific areas as it concentrates on specific modules.
The modules available are:

- Problem Management
- Configuration Management
- Change Management
- Release Management
- Service Level Management
- Availability Management
- Capacity Management
ITIL Practitioner course prerequisites:
You must have passed the ITIL foundation certificate and attended an accredited course in your chosen practitioner qualification.
It is also recommended that you have at least two years experience in a relevant environment.
The ITIL Practitioner course suits:
Those who are responsible for a specific discipline within IT Service Management and wish to formalise their knowledge with a recognised qualification
The ITIL Practitioner exam
The practitioner exams are multiple choice. Each one is an hour long and consists of 25 multiple choice questions. You are required to correctly answer 60% of the questions to pass the exam.
