ITIL Manager's Qualification is for those that hold their ITIL Foundation certificate.
ITIL Manager's Certificate Course Syllabus
The ITIL Manager's certificate ensures an overall management view of the Service Desk, the 10 core disciplines of IT Service Management and their interrelationships and interfaces.
Typically the Managers course is 2 x 1 weeks training and there are 2 papers to take. Managers exams can only be taken at certain times, and usually only by an accredited training organisation.
All examinations are designed to be taken following an approved training course. The examinations are held regularly, in several countries and languages around the world.ITIL Manager's Certificate course prerequisites:
You must have passed the ITIL Foundation exam and have taken your ITIL managers training course through an accredited training organisation.
It is also recommended that you have at least five years relevant service management experience.

The ITIL Manager's Certificate exam
To gain the ITIL Manager’s qualification you must pass two exams, one in service support and one in service delivery. Both papers are three hours long and require essay style answers.
You must achieve 50% in both papers to pass the exam.
